P0171 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the p0171 platform. By registering an account or using any services on this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and the p0171 platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to comply with all provisions contained in this document.
Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be considered your acceptance of the latest version. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the services of the p0171 platform. Registration by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and any such account will be terminated immediately upon detection.

Account Creation & Security
To use paid services on the p0171 platform, you are required to register an account with accurate, truthful and complete information. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address and any other requested information. p0171 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your account details.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. p0171 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.
If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must immediately change your password and contact the p0171 customer support team. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the p0171 platform agree to use its services solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any misuse, fraudulent activity or unlawful use is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Use
You are not permitted to:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written permission from p0171.
- Taking any action intended to manipulate, cheat or disrupt the betting or gaming systems on the platform.
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without valid authorisation.
- Transferring account balances to other users or receiving transfers from other users through unofficial channels.
- Using the platform for any money laundering or unlawful financial activities.
- Spreading false information, harmful content or any content that infringes on the rights of others through the platform.
P0171 reserves the right to investigate, suspend or terminate any user account suspected of violating the above rules, without prior notice in cases involving fraud or security threats.
Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the p0171 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users can make deposits via available local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, DuitNow QR and direct bank transfer.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the required account verification process and may take varying amounts of time depending on the method used.
Minimum and maximum limits for each deposit and withdrawal transaction are subject to current policies, which can be reviewed in your account settings after logging in.
All credited deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation requests for completed transactions will not be processed. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bank account or eWallet details when making deposits or withdrawals.
P0171 is not liable for any losses or delays caused by incorrect payment details provided by the user, or by third-party system failures such as those involving banks or eWallet operators.
Any transaction suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
Platform Liability Limits
The p0171 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, p0171 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activities.
P0171 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors. However, we will make reasonable efforts to restore any service disruptions in a timely manner.
Account Suspension & Closure
P0171 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's internal policy.
- Account closure requested by the user.
For accounts terminated due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited at the platform's discretion depending on the nature of the violation. Users will be notified via their registered email if their account is suspended or terminated for non-fraudulent reasons.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the p0171 platform — including interface design, logos, text, images, software code and other visual elements — is the property of p0171 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from p0171.
The p0171 brand name and logo are protected trademarks. Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The p0171 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. p0171 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to these links is entirely at the user's own risk.
